Jury came back in 18 minutes and said the only reason it took that long was they wanted to talk about how the alleged victim should be prosecuted. Several jurors hugged my client and apologized to him for what he had been through.

Theory of Defense: It was his insults and the potential of their immoral affair being known to family that led her to eventually blame him by telling police she was raped.

Man charged with three counts of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child under 12 was found not guilty after a week-long jury trial. The jury deliberated less than one hour before agreeing with the Defense that the child was only a victim of a custody struggle and was manipulated by his mother, but that he was never sexually assaulted.

College student was charged with three counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and one count of Battery. On day three of jury trial, the Judge dismissed one count of Sexual Assault because the State could not meet its burden. After four days of trial, the jurors took less than 30 minutes to find him not guilty of all charges.

Man charged with Party to A Crime (PTAC) of Armed Robbery and Felony Murder, found “Not Guilty” of all charges by jury. The other 4 defendants charged in companion cases were all eventually convicted and served time in prison for their role in the events, but Attorney Aaron A. Nelson persuaded jury that his client was not guilty because he had no knowledge of the shooters plan and did not aid nor abet the shooter.
